This Clarification Text on the Protection and Use of Personal Data aims to inform and clarify you about the principles regarding the protection and use of your personal data within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). First of all, we would like to emphasize that our Company places great importance on keeping confidential the information of all individuals we communicate with, such as customers, suppliers, employees, and workplace visitors, and not sharing this information with third parties.
In terms of the personal data we receive from you by any means during our activities, our Company is considered the “Data Controller” within the framework of legislation. Our title and contact information as the Data Controller are as follows:

What Are the Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data?
First, we would like to state that all personal data you share with our Company will be processed lawfully and fairly, limited and proportional to the purposes of processing, accurate and up-to-date, and for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes. The personal data used by our Company may be shared with our group companies as part of the contractual relationship between us, as well as with our business partners, subcontractors, and other third parties we cooperate with (such as cargo, courier companies, and other service providers) for the purpose of fulfilling our contracts. Under KVKK and related legislation, you have the following rights as a personal data owner:

- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used accordingly,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions prescribed by KVKK,
- To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against you by exclusively automated processing of your personal data,
- To demand compensation if you incur damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your requests regarding these rights by filling out the form on our website or by preparing your request in accordance with the conditions set by the Personal Data Protection Board and sending it to our email or postal address below. Alkasem Bilişim Sistemleri Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi will conclude the request as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days free of charge. If any cost arises related to the processing of requests, the fees determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested by Alkasem.

Your requests must be clear and understandable, related to yourself, and accompanied by identity and address information and identity documents to verify your identity.
How Long Are Your Personal Data Stored?
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with KVKK and other relevant legislation and will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized once the reasons for processing no longer exist or upon your request.
If explicit consent has been given for a specific period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized at the end of this period. In the case of a contractual relationship, personal data is kept until the expiration of legal limitation periods.
If legal periods exist under labor law, social security law, occupational safety law, tax law, customs law, etc., personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized after these legal periods expire.
Camera recordings at our workplaces are deleted every 10 days.
Records created during entry and exit to our company are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized every 120 days.
Pursuant to the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, records of consent withdrawal will be kept for 1 (one) year from the date of withdrawal, and the content of commercial electronic messages and other records related to the transmission will be kept for 3 (three) years to be submitted to the Ministry when required.
